		<description>Thanks for your comment Gary. I have a complicated answer for your simple question. If you are asking about the 
straw on top of the manure compost pile that is a one time application. I put it on heavy to cover up the manure, water it and forget about it. Although it changes it doesn&#039;t break down quickly the way hay or leaves or newspaper shreds would. 
In my mixed manure piles I layer on hay  that comes out of the rabbit hutch as a component of the carbonaceous wastes that I expect to break down. 

You are welcome to some cuttings from my mango tree. It is a grafted variety, it is rather cold hardy and has a delicious medium sized mango though I have forgotten the name of the variety. Please call me to arrange a visit.
